Weather: cloudy, little rain, not too hot
Comments:
warm up = 1.2 miles
5 X 1000 with 45 sec. rest inbetween
cool down = 2 miles
1 = 4.05
2 = 4.12 (opposite direction)
3 = 4.05
4 = 4.10 (opposite direction)
5 = 4.03
these were a little slow but it felt good to do something different, tried to work the downhills since the course is roily
