Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I'll go for 35 tomorrow if I'm feeling good. Today felt okay, but the Indian food I had for lunch gave me a bit of heart burn. I still concentrated on form and got a productive run out of it. I did A/B skips and other form drills after, high knees, lunges, crunches and scissor kicks. Everything feels better with new shoes.
