Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I made a grave miscalculation of the time a particular route would take. I got more than I bargained for and it felt pretty terrible. Pace was not at all honest, though better during the second half. Among my greatest mental weaknesses as a runner is deciding how an entire run will feel after 5 minutes. I had to stop twice due to traffic and took that into account. Tomorrow off, back to work on Monday. I did ten straight minutes of strength work without stopping save for one 37 second break. I did almost every exercise I know 30 seconds to one minute at a time.
