Comments:
I woke up at the crack of 10:24 and was out the door immediately, feeling giddy because of the rain. I easily got into a rhythm and picked it up significantly as I went along. Military to Taylor Park to Lee highway to Glebe through country club hills back onto military up 36th and Piedmont, kicking it in. The rain seemed to help and my form seemed on point. The fluid arm-swing which I once had to exaggerate to make possible, now comes more naturally especially ascending hills. Eight striders, squat-pushup progression for 2:00, a failed attempt at flutter kicks for 2:00, 50 lunges, scissor kicks for 1 minute (successfully) and 3-minute plank on my hands. Training!
