Comments:
Really tired this afternoon. Hit a wall and just wanted to take a nap. Pushed the run back a little later. It was darker out then. Ran out around town, but added on a little at the high school. Pee break under the bleachers then did a lap around the track. Felt good. Then came back under the street lights. I could see the "13" up on the towers at IC. Overall flet much better today. Not as sluggish or slow. I slowed down near the end to protect my ankles.

Essentials: Stretch

Got a nice stretch in when I got home. Legs kinda sore afterward, but felt good while running. Arms sore from lifting a few day ago though.
