December 25, 2013 (Morning)
Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Woke up late and ate breakfast cause I was starving. Digested a little then went out for a nice morning run. It was cold out. Not a lot of people out today. Actually the only people I saw were Asian or Jewish haha. Anyways ran up Giles across past Belle Sherman to Campus, across the Arts Quad, down along the bottom of Libe Slope, then down Cascadilla. Came back on Court and Albany. Went pretty slow up Giles I was hurting. The cold air made it tough to breathe. Cruized on my way down the hill. Felt slow in the beginning, out of shape, but sped up in the middle and felt good coming back home. The sidewalks were pretty icy though.
Essentials: Stretch
Just a quick stretch again. Legs and ankles felt fine today. Got to get new shoes soon.
Run was a little over 5.5, especially with the elevation.
