Comments:
Merry Christmas, running log. The ability to run has been my favorite present. I felt okay and picked things up during the second 15 minutes, as I usually would. I re-entered the neighborhood ascending Pollard street, an unusual part of the run. Not nearly as difficult as 36th. Good strength work today: 2:45 planks, 25 leg lifts, 20 push-ups, 11 supermen (with correct form, holding for five seconds each, 1 minute on the last one), and 1 minute of that nameless Peter Silverman drill where you position yourself like you're doing a plank, but drive the legs forward--first inside the elbow then outside. 80 back bridge leg lifts (addendum) I hope to do a longer run tomorrow.
