Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Got that 2:30 feeling today. I was so tired just lounged on the couch. I eventually got ready and hopped in the car and drove up to the outdoor track at Cornell. I havnt gotten in a good campus run yet and I wanted to go for a drive. Ran up through the plantations, then down to Beebe lake, then over Thurston Bridge and back up to the track through campus. Very nice pleasant run. Good to run through the old stomping grounds. A few sledders on the hills which was cool. Felt pretty good today kept a good pace even on the slippery hills and paths.
Essentials: Stretch
Finished right as it got dark out. Stretched a little in the parking lot. Felt pretty good. A cop rolled up as I was standing next to my car. He waited there until I got in and started it up lol. Its probably a slow day for a campus police officer. I dont blame him. Overall ankles good and legs decent. Heading down to NC and SC tomorrow, so no real time to run. Time to bust out the shorts!
