Felt like ASS upon waking -- last night's chow still in the gut. Ran exactly a half mile before realizing I had to grind...and the shitter at the beginning of the park had a PAD-LOCK on it. KITTIN ME? Turned around and ran back. I almost didn't go back out, but I finally did.

Felt OK the rest of the run; the L knee was still an issue, just "achy" at the inferior pole, on and off. Very annoying.

Glad I got in the run, though, as it got quite hot out, AGAIN, by late afternoon.
