Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Waited till Chris and little joe got in to run. I ate just before but still was ready to run. It was a true night run really dark. We ran all the way out Ashley and then turned around at 22 minutes. We ran back on the beach which was pretty cool. Long run and we were all tired, but a good run overall.

Essentials: stretch

Stretch was good. Got some killer chaffing on my legs. Great to run with other people though I miss that. Watched the flip flops drop and the fireworks in town afterward. Can't believe 2013 is over. It was such an amazing year. So much cool stuff happened. On to new trails this year.
