Comments:
I set out into the eery, primordial, tropical darkness of the Florida night at a decent clip which I brought down as I continued on. I went all the way down Anchor Drive, which put me at 20 minutes. I proceeded to turn around and head back, but (AGAIN) went the wrong way on Ocean Reef drive, contributing to the extra three minutes. I came back, did eight fast striders 2x2-minute flutter kicks, 25 supermen holding for five seconds, 30 sit-ups (which felt useless), 32 lunges (8 forward on each leg, ditto backwards), 30 pushups, 32 Apolo Ohno drills per leg and a prone plank for 1:10 trying to keep perfect form, with my head up the whole time. Good day of training. 30 minutes tomorrow and maybe some hills the next day when I'm home.
