60yd. 8-on-8, 50yd. 5-on-5, then 120yd. 9-on-9. barefoot, decent speed work.

mileage kinda sagged this week, though it shouldn't prevent me from increasing next week. looking forward to camp this next weekend... easy to get more mileage in w/ the guys.
