Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Very rainy and cloudy today down in South Carolina. Nasty weather all over apparently there is a big storm up north as well. Did not want to run at all. We went downtown for a little then all I felt like doing was sit and watch tv. I finally got my ass up and just went outside since I started to feel really sluggish definitely worth it even though it was a struggle run. Ran south of town and then cut onto the beach. Just kept plugging along the beach. Didn't feel great running had a little bit of a stomach cramp. Felt better coming back. Temp was nice though the rain kept things cool.
Essentials: Stretch
Stretched outside. Max got back right when I did. Stretch wasn't great legs felt really tired afterward. No run tomorrow since it's a travel day. Tough run to start 2014. Time to make some gains this year though. First full year of no organized competition, unless I join the summer racing league which I definitely want to. I can balance that with softball for sure.
When I get back I will get to recapping and archiving running logs mi am a bit behind, and 2013 was such a huge year.
