I learned yesterday that we'd be coming home a day late due to my sister's little golf cart accident, but it was not until today that I realized I would have to another run here in sunny Florida. I log this back in the 703. Many hours later, feeling pitiful, I did 20 minutes of Peter Silverman stuff: A-skips, B-Skips, fast-leg, high knees, (not like we do at the beginning of practice, much quicker, more focused and purposeful), plank for 2:00 trying not to look at the clock or the ground at all--the mirror in my basement helped--60 squats, the Silverman knee driving drill for 1:30, Silverman bear crawl, another set of high knees, 30 push-ups, six inches for 45 seconds when I couldn't think of anything else to do, 7 supine plank leg lifts per leg, also striving for better form.
