Shorter Run + Frisbee

Comments:
I met up at the school with some of my high school teammates...we ran our home xc course and then ran back and played frisbee for 30 min. or so. I am guesstimating what I got from frisbee but I think I'm close...and I underestimated our course cause when I mapped it I got 3 but i know it is longer and we definitely ran faster than 7 min. pace which if it was 3 miles our time suggested.
