Comments:
Went out at the worst possible time of the day. started out on fields, did 8 on fields and then went out the gap trail because it's so shady and cool compared to anywhere else. it was boring but i made it interesting by closing pretty fast the last half of the run. 59:30 the first 8 miles, 54:30 the last 8, and i was down to about 6:15-6:20 the last two miles or so. i like progressing on my long run, but this is the first time in a while i've done it so i'm glad i did probably the flatest possible run i could do the first time that i actually did it. Overall, a great run. though next time i won't procrastinate so much and get out earlier.
