Comments:
With Zeke, Sam, Sahil, MI and Gabe. River-->CCT-->Bethesda-->Wisconsin-->school. I must say I felt sore and beat up from yesterday, especially my hamstrings. We did Sam's crunch routine, a minute of supermen, holding for five seconds and probably 70 pushups in sets of 10 and one set of 20.
