Comments:
After the AP History Exam with Darren, Sam and Jason. We went down Loughboro to the CCT and Darren and Jason took that to Ellicot or something while Sam and I pealed off, taking River back to school. Later at home, plank for 3:00, 20 pushups, 100 leg lifts (but you know, the kind that strengthen your lower back), 50 lunges, 30 Apolo Ohno exercises per leg.
