Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Drier today. Ran in the afternoon again. Kinda had a headache from looking at a computer screen all day. Yuck. Run was nice though. Dropped off a postcard, then headed up to the trails on Mt Toby since I havnt been up there in a while. When the sun came out, it was really warm, but the wind was whippin as well, and that made it pretty chilly. Nice balance. Felt ok getting up to the road. Started up the road, then realized that the snow and ice didnt actually melt in the woods yet. I got about halfway up to the split before I realized that it was a bad idea to keep going. I turned around and had a much harder time getting down. I couldnt run or walk at all. I basically slid down the road. It was kinda fun but broke up the tempo. Came back the same way, then took SES to add on. Good run overall.

Essentials: Stretch

Real quick stretch. Legs kinda sore afterward, guess it was from running so many days in a row. I am probably gonna hit up the gym tomorrow to get a change of scenery.
