Comments:
So burnt at the end of the day couldnt focus at all... Did some decent work though. Its just so hard to do the same thing all day I got to mix it up a little. Thats why I am looking forward to classes. Came back and ran. It was dark the whole time. Felt ok today. Not particularly fast not particularly slow. Distance was just what I needed. I under dressed yesterday, and over dressed today... It was pretty warm felt like spring time. Still kinda foggy and hard to see but I worked with it.
Essentials: Stretch
Quick stretch. Still feeling sore from the gym monday. Feels good. Legs alright at the end of the day. Gotta build them up so I can do more lifting stuff without straining something.
