Weather: ~30 degrees, Chilly

Comments:
Weather was kind of nasty right before practice, so the workout was delayed for tomorrow. Kind of ended up ok for me, since I was just going on a regular run anyways. It was really nice though, big group of people towards forest hills. Finished up with a lift, but considering how sore I've been since Wednesday, I took the weight down a lot. I do want to be able to move around this weekend.
