Puffers

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Went into Conte in the morning to study and take a sample out of the vac oven. Worked out since I got to run from campus afterward. Headed up to Puffers Pond. Cant run quite long enough to do the full loop. Plus it would be boring alone since I did it alone a lot over the summer and it was better with Kevin and Molly. Felt super slow heading out there, just couldnt find the extra gear to go faster. No big deal, I still felt ok running wise. The trail was very icy and slow going. I wanted to go a little further when I got to the waterfall so I added on to Pulpit Hill Rd. Felt a little faster coming back. Kinda subconsciously sped up I think. Pretty tired when I got back to the parking lot. Good run overall though.

Essentials: Stretch

Just did a little stretch at the car. It was kinda snowing and I didnt want to stick around too long. Ankle held up good on the trails today. IT was a little tight here and there coming back but nothing too major.

Route was a little less than 4.5 actually.
