Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Doing errands today but got to fit in a run right before the football games. It was really sunny out, but windy which made it kinda cold. The snow is melting and its the good kind of packing snow for snowballs and snow forts. Felt slow going out and picked it up on the way back. Struggling overall though legs were heavy today, didnt feel all that fast. Just tried to barrel through. My form didnt feel great today. Glad to be out there though on a pretty nice day.
Essentials: Stretch
Short stretch. Legs still feeling sore afterward and heavy. Ankles were good today though. Not great mileage this week. I find it hard to get over 4 miles now when I run solo and from the apartment. Gotta get Brendan back in the game or run on campus.
