Memorial Park: two loops
5:55 PM. Back downtown for annual EI work, passed Mr. Ulrich on my first lap (only he would use alacrity on a run), saw a cool Rogue shirt which gave this log its title, stretch, crunches & pushups. Splits: 19:08, 19:04, 3:21.
