Whistle Workout

Comments:
10' warm up
drills, jump rope and strides
3 X 3' of 15" hard /10" easy
20' cool down

I stopped at three sets to not over-do it. Also, the third one was tough and I found it difficult to keep up with JK and CB. But, all the same, I know that my fitness will quickly return with a few more workouts like this.

RW said we were moving at about 16' 5k pace.
