Exercise Type: Weights

The tradition is that on MLK day, we do a tempo out on MLK. I always loved that. Wasnt able to participate this year (IDK even what practice was today for the track team), but I went and worked out at the gym. Classes start tomorrow so all the ugs are back. They dont have any homework now, so they all packed up the gym. Busiest I have ever seen it, but if you play your cards right, its all fine. Went in, warmed up then got over to the weights. It was so packed people were waiting on the sides for machines and equipment. I timed it perfectly. There was an open bench and the weights I needed we dropped off right as I walked up, so I had no problem getting the workout in.
3 sets of (all w/ 15 lbs DB):
Goblet Squat x15
Inverted Row x15
Standing DB Military Press x15
DB Pushups x10
Good pump going I was working up a good sweat, but that might have been from all the people in a small space. The DB pushups were tough there at the end, glad I pushed through those. Good workout pretty tired afterward. Might have to find a better time to hit up the gym though. I am thinking later is gonna be better.
