Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
4 mile warm up, 6 mile 80%/tempo, 2.5 cool down with Mulch. Felt awesome. Did a 1.92(?) mile loop in Pittsford 3+ times, had his Garmin to keep track of mile splits. Fastest 5:42(first), slowest 5:50(second) and all the rest in between somewhere. Felt ballin'. So much easier to do these things with other people. Kinda sad this is my most miles in 1 day since...I don't even remember.
