Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
42 minutes easy in the park with the HS guys, 9 12 sec hill sprints, 1 mile barefoot cool down. Felt kinda crappy on the sprints, just not sharp or mentally into it. Strength work after of 10 pull-ups, 3x10 one legged squats per leg, 2x20 elevated dips with 1 minute abs between each, 3x12 squats jumps on the minutes, 2x20 elevated push-ups w/ 1 min abs between each, 3x12 squats jumps on the minute, 8 pull-ups. Gonna be so jacked up this year, haha.
