65 min hot run... felt good! I think it was one of my stronger runs so far and I am happy it went well

will ice bath and do some crunches / pushups later

PS Coach Kurtz: I also had a doctor's appt. today and I told her about my breathing incident and she said that if a pattern occurs, then maybe we could look into an inhaler. So then I told my mom this and she didn't look too happy and when I got home from work, there was a piece of paper with directions to schedule another appt. I think. I will let you know more when I do.
