Comments:
Have not had a good night run in a while. That made it a lot colder though. It was around 10 when I ran, -5 wind chill. I could feel it. Thought I had enough on but my stomach was really cold. Also have had some digestive issues during the day, but they were fine when I was running. Ran at a good pace I felt, always trying to keep moving forward, just waiting to get back into the warmth. Still good run and it felt good to be out there even though it was freezing.

Essentials: Stretch

Stretched in my room. My ankles are always so itchy when I get back inside from it being really cold out. Legs felt good today I actually felt kinda strong and quick. Felt great to get running after not the past few days. I dont have any late nights this semester, so I can fit in a run on any day really.
