Comments:
Not as cold tonight as yesterday. I bundled up more. Had a very productive day but did want to run before it got too cold. Ran as soon as I got home. Started out way too fast I was cruizing and the wind was with me, so I felt pretty good. On the way back, slowed down a lot. Had some stomach issues on the way back. I think its from the coffee I have been drinking. It was fine running though (worse during the day. They need to replace the TP on the second floor). Still good to get out there and get the legs moving. I sped up a little on Browns crossing. Felt like I was going really fast because it was pitch dark and I had absolutely no frame or reference. I couldnt even really tell where I was along the road.

Brief stretch. Legs felt good today actually, just felt slow overall. Try to get a campus run in tomorrow then the gym this weekend since it is open on the weekends now.
