Comments:
spinning. warm up 3 by 10:00 with gilad. and then these uphill things that were hard and weird. then some cool down biking. i was pretty tired after. probably was more than tempo effort, but oh well. also i dont like spinning in the cardio room. rowing machines are loud and obnoxious.
