I would like Julia to slow down a bit tonight.
So...... 4 or 5 x (6 laps (1470m) at goodish 3000 pace viz 50 sec/lap i.e 50, 1:40, 2:30, 3:20, 4:10, 5:00) 4 min between reps. Please stick to the pace."

Well, we were a little bit quicker than that. (see below). And we shortened the breaks on top of that.

Got a small but painful blister on the middle of my right foot.

Felt great to feel my fitness coming back.
