Comments:
I did a fairly flat 40 minutes at a relaxed pace. Military-->Taylor park-->Vermont-->Lee-->George Mason-->Yorktown-->26-->31st-->home. I felt as though I were running through peanut butter the whole time and had awful heart burn for the second half after a spicy lunch. I have plenty of homework and haven't done any of it. I might do some pushups or planks later. Still stretched of course. gmap once again boosted my self esteem, because I didn't feel like I was working that hard. On another note, legs felt completely normal, didn't notice my knee at all.
