North Sunderland + SES Loop

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran as the sun was setting. It wasnt all that cold today and the road conditions were ok. Again, I was getting cooped up at home and really just wanted to get outside. Felt pretty quick today actually. I was sore from lifting. Hammies, quads, and shoulders were all pretty sore, but it actually felt pretty good to get them moving on the run. Got darker on the way back, and I was a little slower feeling. Added on SES to get a little more mileage in cause I was still feeling good.

Essentials: Stretch, stick roll

Stretching felt so good. Stick rolling was even better. Still sore afterwards though. Glad I got the run intoday though. Just got to make it through this week with a lot of studying, then old tests as practice next week. I absolutely cannot wait to go back to Case though. It has been almost 6 months since I was back (Actually, exactly six months ago we were driving through Montana, going from Red Lodge to Custer, SD). I really miss everyone and miss practice and the team and track in general. Legit.
