Exercise Type: Weights

Tried out going to the gym later in the evening with hopes of getting a rack. It was still kinda busy but way better than the rush hour. Apparently around lunch time is also a pretty open time, I will think about trying that. Did a lot of studying today so I was pumped to get into the gym. Quick warm up then down to the second floor for the squat racks. It was full, so I just did it off the the side on a bench.
Squat 3sets x6 (Bar)
Barbell rows 3sets x8 (Bar)
Stiff Leg Deadlifts 3sets x10 (Bar)
Pullups 4sets until failure
Box Step up 3sets x10 each side (25lbs)
Couldnt get a rack to do hang cleans but I tried out the barbell rows. Ill admit my form still isnt that great, just getting into it. Still felt it in the back and shoulders. Weight was really low, gonna work on progression up reps then up weights. Pull ups were so tough. I suck at those and going to failure made a real good burn in my muscles. Feeling real pumped up after those. Pretty sore after.
Essentials: Stretch
Felt like jogging a little instead of the bike. Mike and Nihal were warming up for their workout so I ran with them for a little. Didnt do too much because I didnt have my orthotics in. Also running on that little "track" sucks so much. Stretch was decent but I am gonna be pretty sore.
