Probably my best workout since restarting my season; I was pretty satisfied. I banged into some guy crossing the track without looking on my 4th interval; that explains why that one was slowed down a little.

I'd gotten a filling at the dentist earlier in the day so my face was still frozen when this workout started. However, by the end of it, I was feeling "normal" again. I guess getting your blood flowing will do that.

It was an unseasonably warm day and I was tempted to run outside. However, I feel now that doing a workout here with JK was the best thing I could have done. Now I'm starting to get excited for the upcoming season.
