OK day; don't remember much. Thought about going to yoga tonight, but Chels had a free moment, so she came over for what most surely turned out to be a "conjugal visit" - before she and I headed out of town. Time well spent, indeed. :-)
A little sore in the arms from swimming, but not bad. Back was sore in the PM, but clearly due to our "activities". B-)
