Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran right when I got home. It was a long day and I was tired. Super sore too from lifting, especially in the triceps and the shoulders. I really needed a run to unwind and reset. Felt great, even though it was really short. I was going pretty quick, trying to leave all that soreness and stress out on the streets. Nice night too saw the sun set and the stars come out. Legs felt good and I wasnt too sore once I got rolling.

Essentials: Stretch

Stretched a little bit but I wanted to get showered up and get dinner. I outta stretch a little more and use the stick roller. Probs gonna have some low mileage this week with travel days. Also, saw all the hysteria in the south from the weather. Hoping that the weather works out for me this weekend as I travel. Shouldn't stress about it. Nothing you can do about it once you get in the airport, just got to roll with it and make game time decisions. Cant wait to see the skyline of Cleveland and be back on campus.
