Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Dim, 25, some fresh powder on the ground, but not on the pavement

Comments:
Satellite loop, mostly with Zeke, DZ, Todd and NK. I felt pretty sluggish on the hills but retained good form. 2:45 planks, fifteen leg lifts per leg, 20 clams each side--on the THIRD FLOOR (actual track lobby) because the girls were doing team bonding. Nota bene: there was hardly any art on the walls there. I want the running lounge back :(
