Had a very narrow window of opportunity to use the track today, so I had to do the 5x400 first, then the 1000 on the treadmill. My watch is continuing to not work, so not entirely sure on the times for everything, but the stuff was appropriate effort-wise. Biked a bit for a cool-down, then did the max weight lift. Would've been nice to have been able to do the whole workout on the track though.
