The front of my ankle was hurting too much to run, too much to walk really, so I recognized I needed to take a day off and cross train or this would turn into a chronic problem. Now that I'm retired I can simply do these sorts of things.
So I went to the Shell and ellipticalled for 75 minutes, the same time I would have spent running.
