Easy Run

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: moderate snowstorm

Comments:
So I said F- the Field House and went outside, running from Young St. to Ft. Amherst and back in the snowy weather. Sometimes the sleet in the face was painful but other that it was fine.

When I reached the turn-around point, the Atlantic Ocean was terrifying; it was as black as death.

On a sour note, when I got back to Young St. I witness a domestic disturbance. Not violent, but it was heated.
