Comments:
Mostly ran with Jackson and Griffin, who turned back early. Back way to Cathedral loop, looped around the grounds, then went straight back on Wisconsin. Eight quality striders with Jackson, 25 pushups, 2 minutes of supermen, and 10 plank leg lifts per position, going slowly, aiming for perfect form. We had been moving along at a nice pace until Jackson asked to slow down which was fine. Felt strong and quick during the striders. I rolled afterwards. GMAP says 4 miles, and I am probably getting the route wrong, so I went with Anthony's estimate of five.
