Comments:
Memorial Park: one loop plus out and back to Tennis Center

6:10 PM. Sleep: 6.5 hr. A little long at the office, plenty of people out on the loop, one guy was really booking it, saw him three times in the course of one lap, one guy tried to stick with me for a few minutes, said "Good pace." and dropped, splits: 19:12, 7:57, got back just in time for a bathroom stop, stretch & pushups.
