Great run! Good pack of 8 including Zeke, Tanner, Sugars, Angel, Jonas, Nick, James, and I. Picked it up a bit on the bike path and felt strong enough to even keep going after the 12-mile marker. Did core and weights after stretching. COMPRESSION SOCKS HELP SO MUCH.
