The Shell to SW Bike Path to West Shore to South Shore to John Nolen to Willy St to Jenny St to Spaight, through Orton Park to Rutledge to Yahara River Bike Path to Sherman to Trailsway, back Sherman to Gorham to Paterson to Johnson to The Shell-

For my long run today I mapped out a route along Monona Bay and across the Isthmus to Warner Park and close to straight back. I was sort of tired from spending all day working, but the run was pleasant enough. The sidewalks were particularly patchy from the snow today but clear enough that it wasn't too bad. There was again no wind to speak of, which makes temperatures in the teens pretty nice actually. My stomach also did well today.
