Comments:
We had a full team practice today, which was fairly unproductive, but not nearly as bad as it could have been. Even so, the drama of the whole thing was laughable as everyone whined and complained about every single exercise we did. Various arm circles, lots of stretches, cycles, arm swings for a while, pushups, wall sits except against another person's back, etc. We went out at a crawl with the entire team, did three short hill sprints, then one pickup from Albermarle up to Wisconsin, which felt okay. On our straightaway we did some more drills and four sharp striders. With Anthony's blessing, Zeke and I went out and ran a some more.
