Workout was a 400 and then 4 200s (actually supposed to be 6 but I was falling off pace at 4) at goal race pace. I fell short of my goal race pace (which is 2:03 based on my 600 time trial), but I was alone and not feeling very motivated. I think I need to get a race under my wings soon so I can have something to look forward to instead of more workouts.
