I ended up taking the rests a bit longer on the 2s, and my 4s weren't even close to race pace (also I just realized now that I accidentally skipped one. Whoops). My tempo was a bit slow, especially on the second one, but as a whole the workout wasn't bad. I felt like I got my legs back during the 200s, so I'm hoping I'll be able to test them in a pure speed endurance workout soon.
